An new-client of-Sphere Solutions are looking to appoint a Project-Manager / Site Manager,-to commence a new role in Cheltenham.-

Your new company specialise in bespoke luxury Homes and Apartments,-regenerating landmarks and locations into-desirable accommodation.-

Whilst working in this role, you will be a site based lead / No.1, overseeing the below-scheme:-

• 98 Apartments - RC Frame

My client are looking for an individual that can demonstrate good knowledge within-High Rise and RC Frame developments, whilst leading these schemes and their associated project teams.-

Degree level qualifications, CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid are essential.-
