Project Manager Construction

A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Project Manager, to commence a new role in Bristol.

This opportunity is in relation to a well known, prestigious mixed use development, consisting of Residential, Commercial Build, Educational, Retail, Leisure and Infrastructure elements.

Your new company are a large global group, operating across multiple sectors and industries. My clients development arm, are the subsidiary of the organisation recruiting for this role.

My client are looking for a Project Manager or Site Manager with a Construction background, that can complete a 3 month contract for their Estates Team. This will include Programming, obtaining Sign Off, Paperwork (RAMS etc), H&S, and overseeing multiple small simultaneous projects until completion. The projects / tasks will vary in value and type but could include anything from replacement Fencing through to Customer Care.
