Project Manager Construction

An existing client of-Sphere Solutions are looking to appoint a Project-Manager,-to commence a new role in Bristol.

Your new company are a large national main contractor, with a turnover of over -1B per annum. They are one of the largest privately owned business left within the UK construction market.-

Whilst working in this role, you will be a site based lead / No.1, overseeing the below-scheme:-

• New Build Student Accommodation - 22 Storeys - -65M-

My client are looking for an individual that can demonstrate long periods of work history for established Tier 1 / Tier 2 Main Contractors. Any previous High Rise or Student Accommodation experience would obviously be beneficial.-

Degree level qualifications, CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid are essential.-
