Project Manager £50,000 - £55,000 + package Cambridge Curve recruitment are pleased to be working with a highly respected main contractor specialising in refurbishment and fit-out schemes across Cambridge and East Anglia as a whole. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, well-run schemes for a loyal client base. Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects and play a key role in the next phase of their development. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who is looking to join a contractor with a great pipeline of work and a clear identity in the market. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality Lead site teams, subcontractors and consultants throughout the project Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact Monitor programme, cost, procurement and project risk Manage variations, valuations and support final account delivery Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, CDM and quality procedures Provide clear reporting on project progress, commercial performance and key issues Support tendering, estimating and continuous improvement where required About You Comfortable delivering refurbishment, fit-out, commercial or design and build ..... full job details .....
