Project Manager Construction Consultancy Location: South East LondonSalary: £70,000 £85,000 + BenefitsHybrid / Flexible WorkingThis is an opportunity to join a market-leading property and construction consultancy with an excellent reputation in residential development, working on some genuinely substantial housing and regeneration projects across London and the South East.The business has an established Project Management and Employer''s Agent team acting for Housing Associations, Local Authorities and other residential clients across new-build affordable housing, S106 developments, land-led schemes, mixed-tenure development and major regeneration programmes.The workload is significant and varied.ProjectsCurrent and recent projects within the team include:A major £100m+ residential regeneration programme being delivered in phases across a number of residential blocks under a Development Agreement.A circa £50m mixed-use residential development being delivered through a partnership between a Local Authority and private developer.A major regeneration scheme with a construction value in excess of £40m, involving the management and monitoring of quality, programme and budget.A circa £15m development of shared ownership and affordable rented homes.A range of other residential developments across London and the South East, typically valued between £10m and £30m, including mixed-tenure schemes comprising several hundred homes.They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager ..... full job details .....
