Project Manager Construction Consultancy

A growing construction consultancy in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team. The Project Manager will work across a varied portfolio of smaller-value projects, taking responsibility for delivery while working closely with senior colleagues. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who wants greater ownership, direct access to senior leadership and the chance to join a business that is actively growing its Project Management function. The successful Project Manager will join a close-knit Birmingham team of eight, including four Associate Directors and chartered professionals across Quantity Surveying and Building Surveying. The Project Manager will take ownership of live projects while supporting the wider growth of the team. The Project Manager''s role The Project Manager will lead the delivery of smaller-value projects from early stages through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors. Responsibilities will include managing project programmes, coordinating consultant teams, attending client and site meetings, monitoring progress and risk, preparing reports and ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed cost, quality and programme objectives.
