A respected independent construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join its London team and deliver a varied portfolio of office, residential and logistics projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with consultancy experience to lead commissions while benefiting from direct support and oversight from experienced Partners. The successful Project Manager will work across high-quality private-sector developments, taking responsibility from the early design stages through procurement, construction and completion.The Project Manager will act as the day-to-day lead for clients, consultants and contractors, maintaining control of programme, risk, quality and reporting. This Project Manager role would suit an ambitious professional who is comfortable leading projects independently but values access to senior support when required. As the Project Manager, you will work closely with Partners who remain actively involved in every commission.You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
