Project Manager Construction Consultancy

A well-established property and construction consultancy in Birmingham is looking for a Project Manager to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a construction-related degree and several years of experience to lead commercial and residential projects across Birmingham and the wider Midlands.The Project Manager will manage projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. This Project Manager role would suit a capable Project Manager who is confident taking ownership of programme, procurement, risk, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The successful Project Manager will lead smaller and medium-sized commissions independently while supporting senior colleagues on larger and more complex projects.You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
