Project Manager Construction Consultancy

A well-established property and construction consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to join its London team, with the Project Manager working from the Warner Bros. Studios campus in Watford around two days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to deliver smaller projects independently while supporting senior colleagues on larger and more complex schemes.The Project Manager will work across residential, commercial, mixed-use, heritage, and student accommodation projects. This Project Manager role would suit a confident and personable Project Manager who can build strong relationships with clients and project teams. The successful Project Manager will take ownership of smaller commissions, support Senior Project Managers on major projects, and represent the consultancy professionally within the high-profile Warner Bros. Studios environment.You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role. The Project Manager''s roleThe Project Manager will manage smaller projects from inception through to completion while supporting senior team members on larger commissions.The Project Manager will assist with project planning, consultant coordination, procurement, programme management, contract administration, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
