This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with strong consultancy experience to work across existing residential buildings alongside selected new-build construction schemes. The successful Project Manager will coordinate clients, residents, consultants and contractors while maintaining control of programme, risk, quality and statutory compliance. The Project Manager will lead commissions through investigation, design, procurement, construction and handover. This Project Manager role requires a strong understanding of fa-ade remediation, fire-safety works and the challenges associated with occupied buildings.
