Project Manager Construction

CNX Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Construction Manager to take a leading role on a major school construction project in Middlesbrough. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in delivering complex building projects, who is confident taking responsibility for the day-to-day management, coordination and successful delivery of a project. The Role As Project Construction Manager, you will take overall responsibility for managing construction activities on site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, to programme and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives to coordinate the works and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day construction activities on the project. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site teams and specialist trades. Drive the project programme and ensure key milestones are achieved. Coordinate works across multiple trades and disciplines. Monitor quality, workmanship and compliance with project specifications. Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with health and safety requirements. Attend and lead progress meetings where required. Work closely with the commercial team to monitor project progress and costs. Review programmes, RAMS, drawings and technical information.
