Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. The Role As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination and successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with clients, commercial teams, site management and subcontractors, you will lead projects throughout their lifecycle while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage construction projects from inception through to handover. Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets and resource plans. Lead site teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments. Monitor project progress and identify solutions to maintain programme. Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety legislation and company procedures.
