Project Manager Construction

City Site Solutions are looking for a an experienced Construction Project Manager to the team to help drive continued success and growth in the sector based near Godalming and operating throughout Surrey and the surrounding areas, Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, local authorities and clients to ensure project objectives are met effectively. Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and quality standards and on, or within budget. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all stages of construction, including drafting and implementing RAMS. Skills Proven experience in construction project management with a strong understanding of high end residential and commercial projects. Strong construction background Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders. Salary range is 60-70k and there is also a discretionary bonus scheme.
