Project Manager - Minor WorksFilton Hybrid working 80% onsite6 Month Initial Contract Standard 35 hours per week We are seeking a structured Project Manager with experience operating within Construction, defense, aerospace, or highly secure regulated manufacturing sectors. The Role:To oversee a portfolio of small-to-medium capital and operational projects across regional estate. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery-from initial feasibility through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning-for multiple concurrent projects up to £100,000 in value. This role covers across operational environments, including commercial office spaces, high-tech industrial facilities, and secure infrastructure. You will ensure all projects are executed safely, within budget, on schedule, and in full compliance with UK statutory standards and site security protocols. Key ResponsibilitiesLead a concurrent portfolio of minor works projects (individual values up to £100k) across Filton, Bristol, and Newport, ensuring adherence to CDM 2015 regulations, building control, and internal quality metrics. Liase with internal clients, facility managers, and site operational teams to minimize disruption to live environments during works execution.
