Working across occupied residential and refurbishment environments, the successful candidate will take ownership of project delivery from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. This opportunity is available on either a permanent or freelance basis and offers long-term work with a business that continues to secure repeat business and framework opportunities across the region. The Role Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of fa-ade, cladding, EWI and building improvement projects.
