Project Manager (EWI / Cladding) Llanelli Permanent or Freelance 65,000 + Package (or 300 - 350 per day CIS or Ltd) A growing specialist contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to oversee external refurbishment, cladding and insulation projects across South Wales. Working across occupied residential and refurbishment environments, the successful candidate will take ownership of project delivery from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. This opportunity is available on either a permanent or freelance basis and offers long-term work with a business that continues to secure repeat business and framework opportunities across the region. The Role Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of fa ade, cladding, EWI and building improvement projects. Key responsibilities include: Managing projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers Driving programme delivery and monitoring project progress Managing health, safety, quality and environmental compliance Liaising with clients, consultants, residents and other key stakeholders Managing project documentation and reporting requirements Supporting Building Safety and Golden Thread information requirements Chairing site meetings and providing regular project updates Identifying and resolving ..... full job details .....
