Your background will be strong in project management in construction, with a preferred knowledge of M&E (MEP) works on a large scale. Key Duties MEP scope of works for the entire project comprising of: Management of a 9/10 person team New build student accommodation Incoming services coordination Substation construction Liaison with the client Communication with wider new build management teams Oversee Packages that range from Mechanical, Ventilation, Public health, Electrical, Sprinklers, access control, PV panels, LV connection, Substations, T&C Packages cumulative value is about -45m.
