Project Manager - High-end Residential

Our client base is continuously looking for experienced Project Manager''s to join their dynamic residential design & build companies based in and around Central and South West London. These roles typically involve overseeing multiple high-spec residential refurbishment projects (typically -500k4mil), driving delivery from pre-construction through to handover, and acting as the key link between directors, clients, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple high-end residential projects simultaneously.
• Lead project delivery from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and site teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to directors and stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of project processes within the business.

The Ideal Project Manager Will Have:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction (contractor or D&B).
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to grow within a fast-scaling building and construction business.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and work collaboratively with a supportive team.

Job Details:

Location: Central / North West / South West London

Salary: -65,000 - -75,000 per annum (DOE)
