Project Manager

Conrad Consulting are working with an established main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team. With a strong pipeline of work across the Central Belt of Scotland, this is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to take ownership of high-quality construction projects while working for a well-established and forward-thinking contractor. This company deal with a variety of projects including, retail, commercial, healthcare and education developments from start to finish. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams. The Role of the Project Manager: As Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of your projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Managing projects from pre-start through to practical completion and handover. Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers. Developing and managing project programmes. Monitoring project costs, budgets and commercial performance. Managing procurement and subcontractor packages. Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. Chairing and attending project meetings. Managing project risks, issues and opportunities.
