Our client is seeking a highly capable Delivery Lead to take ownership of a strategic technology modernisation initiative, focused on migrating the VMware estate to OpenShift Virtualisation. Job Title: Delivery Lead Job Type: Contract Location: Central London (3 days on-site per week)Day Rate: Up to £800/day (Inside IR35) The Role: Lead the day-to-day delivery of a strategic modernisation programme. Manage the migration of the VMware estate to the OpenShift Container Platform and OpenShift Virtualisation. Own programme plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery governance. Coordinate infrastructure, platform, and engineering teams to ensure successful migration outcomes. Drive visibility across the programme through effective reporting, RAID management, and stakeholder communication. Remove delivery blockers and manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams. Partner with senior technology leadership to ensure programme objectives are achieved.
