This role is perfect for a professional with extensive experience in managing multiple projects, including fit-outs and refurbishments. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Day-to-day of the role: Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Manage various projects including fit-outs, refurbishments, and installations. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers. Monitor project progress, manage costs, and ensure quality and programme delivery. Handle project variations and change management processes, prepare snagging lists, and oversee project close-out activities. Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety, and client requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and reporting.
