Project Manager - Commercial Fit-OutLocation: Manchester Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 + benefits Sector: Commercial Fit-Out and Interiors Project Values: 1m - 5mA leading interior fit-out contractor in Manchester is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects across the UK.The company delivers high-quality construction and fit-out schemes across a diverse range of sectors, including national retail, leisure, hotels, government, residential and commercial offices, with project values typically ranging from 1m to 5m.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the planning, coordination and delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring that schemes are delivered on programme, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants and internal teams, providing strong leadership throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial fit-out projects from mobilisation through to completion.Develop and maintain project programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site teams.Manage project budgets, costs and commercial performance.Ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality, programme and specification.Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Lead regular progress meetings and ..... full job details .....
