Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out City of LondonUp to £90,000 + Package DOEFast-Track Commercial Fit Out Projects up to £3mPermanent We''re working with a growing London fit-out contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team, delivering fast-track commercial fit-out projects across the City. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious PM who wants more than simply being handed a project and asked to deliver it. You''ll have involvement right from tender stage, helping shape how projects are going to be delivered, building programmes, contributing to pitches and presentations and ultimately taking ownership of the project through to successful completion. The role You''ll be responsible for delivering fast-paced commercial fit-out projects typically valued up to £3m, predominantly across the City of London. Projects can move quickly, so we''re looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and keeping clients, consultants, subcontractors and the internal team moving in the same direction. Your role will include: Taking projects from tender / pre-construction through to completion and handover Reviewing tender packs and understanding the full scope of works Producing and developing construction programmes Contributing to tender submissions and project delivery strategies Attending client pitches and presentations and confidently presenting how you intend to deliver the scheme Managing fast-track ..... full job details .....
