Project Manager / Client Success Lead

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Web Designer to lead design on high-impact projects — someone who can own the creative process, work closely with devs, and design sites that are clean, modern, and conversion-focused.What you’ll do

Act as the main point of contact for clients (in the context of design projects)Translate client requests into clear tasks for the design/dev teamPrioritise work across multiple ongoing projectsRun updates or calls with clients to keep things alignedSpot scope creep or delays early and address themKeep everything organized in project management and communication toolsMust-haves

2–4 years of experience managing web or digital projectsGreat communicator—written and verbalStrong grasp of web design/dev processes (especially Figma + Webflow handoffs)Proactive—doesn’t wait for instructions, finds solutionsDetail-oriented but flexible with fast-moving prioritiesComfortable in a fully remote async environmentNice-to-haves

Experience in an agency or similar client-facing environmentFamiliarity with Webflow and design tools like FigmaUnderstanding of conversion-focused websites (especially in SaaS or tech)About us
