I''m working with a well-established consultancy-style setup who are on the lookout for a driven and commercially aware Project Manager to lead major construction and fit-out projects, primarily across the leisure and hospitality sector.
The projects are varied, high-value, and fast-paced - this would suit someone who''s comfortable working across multiple sites and stakeholders, and who thrives in a collaborative, energetic environment.
What You''ll Be Doing:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, from initial scope to handover
- Developing detailed delivery plans, programmes, and costings (alongside QS support where needed)
- Managing internal and external teams - from architects and engineers through to contractors and suppliers
- Chairing regular site and client meetings, with responsibility for documentation and reporting
- Overseeing all health, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Tender management and contractor appointment
- Budget control, variation tracking, and financial reporting
What They''re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience delivering construction projects (ideally client-side or within a consultancy environment)
- Excellent working knowledge of JCT contracts and the construction process from design through delivery
- Confident communicator - able to run meetings, manage expectations, and keep things moving
- Organised, proactive, and hands-on - able to juggle multiple priorities
- Professional memberships like MCIOB or MRICS are a bonus, but not a dealbreaker
- Full driving licence needed due to travel between sites
