IMMEDIATE START PROJECT MANAGER CLADDINGCounty Durham Cladding Division Immediate StartWe re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Cladding Division on a major upcoming converter station project in County Durham.We need someone commercially astute who can take ownership of the project through pre-construction and delivery, with a strong understanding of programmes, procurement, subcontractors and commercial performance.The ProjectThe project involves:Eurobond cladding to the wallsKalzip roofingSignificant pre-construction activity ahead of the works commencingWhat We''re Looking ForThe successful candidate will have:Proven Project Management experience within cladding / roofing / constructionStrong pre-construction experienceExcellent understanding of programmes, sequencing and project deliveryStrong commercial awareness able to understand costs, variations, forecasting and project performanceExperience managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teamsStrong client and stakeholder management skillsA proactive approach to HSE, quality and complianceExcellent communication and organisational skillsSMSTSRelevant CSCS qualificationThe Ideal CandidateWe re particularly interested in someone who has worked on large-scale industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects and can demonstrate they are capable of managing both the commercial and operational sides of a project.If you''re a Cladding Project Manager looking for your next long-term opportunity and ..... full job details .....
