This role is ideal for a driven professional with a proven ability to manage complex construction projects safely, on time, and within budget. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of heavy civil projects, including planning, execution, and close-outOversee marine-related activities such as quay walls, piling, dredging support works, coastal structures, or marine infrastructure (as applicable)Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure programme and quality targets are metControl project budgets, forecasts, and cost reportingEnsure full compliance with HSEQ standards and contractual requirementsLiaise with clients, engineers, local authorities, and marine stakeholdersIdentify and manage project risks, opportunities, and change controlPrepare progress reports and contribute to commercial and programme reviews RequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager (roads, structures, earthworks, concrete, utilities, or similar)Marine construction experience (e.g. marine piling, marine earthworks, dredging and coastal works) is highly desirableStrong understanding of civil engineering contracts (using NEC)Excellent leadership, communication, and ..... full job details .....
