Project Manager - Civil

FFW Site Services are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an established civil engineering contractor delivering a diverse portfolio of highways and infrastructure projects across Yorkshire. With a strong forward order book and continued growth, our client is seeking a commercially aware, hands on Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from initial planning through to successful completion. Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for the successful delivery of civil engineering and highways projects from preconstruction through to completion. Manage project programmes, budgets, resources and subcontractors to ensure efficient delivery. Lead and coordinate Site Managers, Site Engineers and wider project teams. Monitor project performance, identifying risks, delays and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with commercial teams to manage costs, variations, valuations and financial performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, quality standards and contractual requirements. Manage client relationships, attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates. Oversee labour, plant, materials and subcontractor resources. Maintain accurate project records, reporting and contractual documentation.
