Project Manager (Civil Engineering) Industry: Civil Engineering Location: Newport, Isle of Wight ( potential to be hybrid with up to 2 days working from home) Hours: 40 Days: Monday - Friday Duration: Permanent Duties: Managing multiple structures improvement, strengthening and lifecycle schemes across all project phases Supporting the development of the annual structures programme Creating clear, practical outline design solutions that meet asset needs Securing all required approvals, permits and consents Leading and coordinating design management activities Ensuring projects meet all management, CDM, quality, safety and environmental requirements Responding to technical queries, supporting temporary works and ensuring safe site operations Engaging with residents, utilities, contractors, designers and the client to ensure smooth project delivery Experience: HND / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent Relevant industry experience in civil engineering, structures or asset projects and background in design management, lifecycle schemes or structural assessments Excellent written, verbal and numerical skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Confident communicator who can build positive working relationships Full UK driving licence Salary: 31 - 40,000 per annum dependent upon experience, plus car allowance 4,700 (plus subsidised ferry travel if required) By submitting your CV to WP Recruitment and HR Ltd, ..... full job details .....
