Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team.

The Role
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently achieved.
Projects are typically delivered within the commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and mixed-use sectors, with values ranging from several hundred thousand pounds through to multi-million-pound schemes.
Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing projects from inception to handover
• Managing site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Monitoring programme performance and reporting progress to senior management
• Managing client relationships and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Coordinating with commercial and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Driving quality standards across all phases of construction
• Identifying and mitigating project risks

Requirements

• Proven experience working for a main contractor within the construction industry
• Previous experience operating as a Project Manager on construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Commercial awareness and programme management capability
• Stable career history with a proactive and professional approach
