Project Manager

Our client is an established main contractor with a track record of delivering luxury residential, commercial refurbishment and new-build projects across London and the South East. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from inception through to successful completion.

The Role
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for programme delivery, project performance, stakeholder management and site operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from pre-construction through handover.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and consultants.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor quality, health & safety and project compliance.
• Chair progress meetings and provide client updates.
• Manage project risk and resolve issues proactively.

• Proven Project Management experience within construction.
• Experience delivering residential, commercial or refurbishment projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent programme and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant construction qualifications beneficial.

• £70,000 - £75,000 Basic Salary
