Job Title: Project Manager Rate: £60.00 per hour Location: StevenageHybrid / Remote working: 2/3 days/week on siteDuration: 6 Months with very likely extension. IR35 status: Inside IR35 (Umbrella)World Class Defence Organisation based in Stevenage is currently looking to recruit a Project Manager - Digital subcontractors on an initial 6 - 9 month contract. Responsibilities:Defence Manufacturing company are actively looking for a Project Manager who can hit the ground running with a series of pre-planned work packages that will ultimately lead transformational projects involving the secure movement of data. The Project Manager would work with a team of Solution Architects, Analysts and Integration Engineers.Skillset/experience required:Project Management experience - ideally gained in a defence organisationStrong risk management skills and experienceA solid grasp of Project Management fundamentalsAbility to deal with a level of ambiguity, using project findings to refine subsequent projects in the roadmapNegotiating and influencing skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships and work collaboratively across various levels and with internal and external collaboratorsDrive and motivation in leading project teams to strive for excellenceAny recent experience of working in a the defence industry would be beneficialAny recent experience of projects involving data movement and/or information ..... full job details .....
