Project Manager

We are currently seeking an Experienced Railway Project Manager to work for our client, a Principal Contractor on a railway scheme in the Cheshire region.

As a Project Manager you will have previous experience of working within the rail industry, ideally working on Station projects, AFA schemes or similar and will be well versed in groundworks, structures, steelworks, buildings and similar.

This project requires considerable amounts of upfront works with the client, hence we require someone that has and can build strong relationships, is caring and works to a high standard.

Candidates will have experience of working on schemes valued at andpound;5 to andpound;10M and being responsible for these projects. You will hold a current SMSTS, PTS, have strong IT skills and a good contract knowledge of the NEC contract
