Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join one of our well-established clients in London. Our client is a leading UK-based contractor specializing in Heavy Civils, RC Frames, and Groundworks. Requirements:Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a 5m RC Frame and Groundworks project. Manage the project from pre-construction through to handover. Develop, monitor, and manage project programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved. Lead site teams, including Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors, and subcontractors. Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders. Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractor resources effectively. Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions where necessary. Work closely with the commercial team to manage project costs, variations, and contractual matters. Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety legislation and company procedures. Review and approve RAMS, construction methodologies, and site documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards. Prepare and submit project reports to senior management. Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a Project Manager within the RC Frame and Groundworks sector.
