Job Title:Civil Project Manager - Solar Farm and BESSLocation:Exeter, DevonSalary: 400- 450 per day, depending on experienceCIS or Ltd Company paymentRole Highlights and Packages:Long-term freelance contractMajor Solar PV and BESS projectExeter / Devon-basedCIS or Ltd Company engagementCompetitive contractor day rateLong-term opportunity for the right candidateRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to take responsibility for the civil construction package on a large-scale Solar Farm and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project near Exeter.You will oversee the delivery of all civil works, working closely with the wider project management team, principal contractor, subcontractors, engineers and site teams to ensure the works are delivered safely, to specification, on programme and within budget.Key Requirements:Proven experience managing civil works on large-scale construction or infrastructure projectsExperience within solar farm / renewable energy projects highly desirableStrong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, access roads, foundations and site infrastructureExperience managing civil subcontractors and site teamsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsStrong understanding of construction programmes, quality and HSEQGood commercial and contract management awarenessStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFull UK driving licence and right to work in the UKResponsibilities:Manage the complete civil ..... full job details .....
