Job Title: Project Manager - Water CivilsLocation: Lancaster - Covering the NW and CumbriaSalary: 60,000 - 70,000 + PackageRole Overview: As a Project Manager you will be managing the delivery of a variety of Water Civils Projects on the AMP8 Framework across the NW and CumbriaKey Requirements:Extensive experience as a Project Manager delivering Water Civils (Water treatment works, pumping stations, pipelines, etc) projects in the UKResponsibilities:Preparing reportsChairing progress meetingsManaging the contractors on sitePlanning, Programming and management of the projectsIdentifying, evaluating, and managing claims and variationsAccepting, approving, and issuing contracts and subcontractsCompiling applications for payment and agreeing final accountsProviding quality input to regional management and planning meetingsManaging projects to achieve financial, safety, quality, and environmental targetsCompleting monthly improvement plan reviews with Bid and Pre - construction specialistsMonitor, review, issue and update subcontract liabilities, applications and paymentsAssist with supply chain (suppliers and subcontractor) approvals, assessments, and performance reviewsLiaising, negotiating, and meeting with clients, consulting engineers, surveyors, sub-contractors and othersCompiling contract plans, safety plans, method statements, risk assessments and other instructions to contract teams Contacts to Apply: Damian Aston - Regional Manager - (phone number removed)Alex Hartley - ..... full job details .....
