Project Manager

Location: East and North London (X2 Sites) Salary: Circa £80,000 (+ Car Allowance) Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (8-5) Position: Project Manager We are currently supporting a great client of ours (A global FM provider) in helping them add a Project Manager to one of their healthcare contracts across X2 sites in East and North London combined. The successful candidate will have strong commercial building services experience and the relevant qualifications to work safely and effectively within a critical environment. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Project Manager with experience delivering mechanical, electrical and building services projects within critical environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning and mobilisation through to delivery and final handover, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects while maintaining excellent customer relationships and operational standards.
