Project Manager - Highways and Motorway Technology Location: Bristol Rate: £500 per day Payment: LTD Company payment available Accommodation: Provided where required Contract Duration: Approximately 6 months The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major highways infrastructure scheme based in the Bristol area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced highways professional to take responsibility for the successful delivery of works across a live motorway environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in highways construction and ideally experience working on motorway technology and intelligent transport systems (ITS) projects. The role is expected to run for approximately 6 months, with an immediate start available. Key Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day delivery of highways and motorway technology works. Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders. Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Planning and coordinating construction activities and resources. Monitoring progress against programme and reporting on project performance. Managing site documentation, records and project reporting. Liaising with the client, engineers, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
