I''m recruiting on behalf of a reputable Civils contractor delivering a major Energy, Transmission and Distribution programme across the Norfolk area. We''re looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager who can hit the ground running and take ownership of key civils packages on this high-profile scheme.The Role:As a freelance Project Manager, you will oversee day-to-day delivery of civils works, ensure coordination between multiple teams, and maintain full compliance with safety, quality and programme requirements. You''ll act as the main point of contact for the contractor on your section, ensuring work progresses efficiently and to client expectations.Key Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of civils work packages within a live TandD project Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders Ensure all works adhere to safety standards, environmental requirements and industry regulations Monitor progress, manage risks, and provide accurate reporting to senior management Support interface with client representatives and design teams Drive productivity and maintain tight control over programme and deliverablesExperience and Requirements: Strong experience in Civils is essential Proven background in Energy, Transmission and Distribution or similar large-scale infrastructure Prior freelance/contract experience is advantageous Ability to operate autonomously and deliver results under time pressure Strong leadership and communication skills Full ..... full job details .....
