      <description>Location: Bishops Castle | Salary: 60000.00-60000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Project Manager - Business Change (Clearcare Project)  Team: Performance Improvement Directorate (PID)  Responsible To: Head of Continuous Improvement  Location/Base: Home-based with extensive travel across the country as required  Contract: Full time (40 hours/52 weeks)  Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (depending upon PM qualifications and previous experience) and £4,800 car allowance Main Purpose of the Job To lead the successful delivery and embedding of CareTech''s Electronic Care Recording (Clearcare) system across Children''s Services, with a strong focus on driving sustainable business change, improving operational performance, and embedding new ways of working. Working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, the role will ensure that the Clearcare project delivers its intended benefits by supporting behavioural change, improving quality of the care record, and enhancing frontline practice, rather than focusing solely on system implementation.
