Working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, the role will ensure that the Clearcare project delivers its intended benefits by supporting behavioural change, improving quality of the care record, and enhancing frontline practice, rather than focusing solely on system implementation. This is a significant change project which is part of a larger Transformation Programme aimed at enabling more effective, consistent, and compliant ways of managing care records across residential and education settings.
