Project ManagerLocation: Healthcare Environment, Dorchester Area Contract Length: Approximately 9 Months Start Date: ASAPOverviewAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a major construction project within a healthcare environment in the Dorchester area. The project is currently approximately two-thirds complete and has progressed into the construction and fit-out phase. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the project through this stage and supporting its successful completion.Key RequirementsPrevious experience delivering projects within healthcare environmentsExperience working for Tier 1 main contractorsStrong project delivery experience within construction environmentsExperience managing projects through the construction and fit-out stagesBuilding services experience would be highly desirableRole ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day delivery of the project during the construction and fit-out phaseCoordinate project activities to maintain programme objectivesLiaise with project stakeholders and site teamsMonitor progress and support successful project deliveryEnsure works are carried out in line with project requirementsCandidate ProfileProven experience as a Project Manager within the construction sectorHealthcare project experience preferredPrevious Tier 1 contractor experience essentialStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAvailable to start at short notice or immediatelyThis is an ..... full job details .....
