Project Manager - Tier 1 Main Contractor Cadence Search are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor delivering a major PFI construction scheme in the Salisbury area. As the Project Lead you play a key role from the outset, working through Preconstruction to develop delivery strategies, manage stakeholder relationships and shape project outcomes, before leading the successful delivery of projects on site. We''re looking for a strong leader with UK main contractor experience, excellent client-facing skills and the ability to drive performance across programme, commercial and operational objectives. Applicants with a strong HandS ethos, able to lead from the front delivering high standards of HandS and quality throughout the project. Taking full ownership of the project finances working closely with the commercial team, you ll complete and deliver monthly CVRs and chair client meetings whilst reporting project progress to the Contracts Manager.
