Project Manager (AutoCAD) - Contract OpportunityLocation: Nottinghamshire, Hybrid working Contract: Initial 6 months with view for extension Rate: NegotiableWe are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong AutoCAD skills to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of construction and refurbishment projects.This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, working across multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery against programme, budget and quality standards. Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager includes:Managing projects through full lifecycle delivery, from feasibility to completionDeveloping and coordinating project briefs with key stakeholdersProducing and reviewing technical drawings using AutoCADOverseeing design development, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standardsCoordinating consultants, contractors and internal teams throughout deliveryMonitoring progress on-site, managing quality, risk and programmeSupporting procurement and tendering activitiesEnsuring accurate documentation and reporting across all project stagesRequirementsProven experience delivering construction or property projectsArchitectural background (preferred, but not essential)Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and production of technical drawingsSolid understanding of building regulations and construction processesExperience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing project ..... full job details .....
