The OpportunityWe\''re seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to support our AI and Business Operations teams as we accelerate our journey to agentify the business and unlock unique efficiencies through AI-driven solutions. This role will provide structured project management and operational support across Systems and Innovation, IT, and People functions, helping streamline workflows, improve cross-functional coordination, and enable senior leaders to focus on strategic initiatives including AI integration, CRM optimisation, and operational transformation.

The RoleAI Programme Coordination
Coordinate and track progress across multiple AI initiatives, including internal agent rollouts and automation pilots.
Maintain accurate project trackers and ensure timely delivery of AI agent releases.
Support backlog management and sprint planning, helping prioritise requests based on business impact.
Prepare and manage materials to support agent maintenance, training, and internal rollout.
Project Management
Oversee concurrent projects using agile/scrum methodologies.
Act as internal PM for Salesforce-related initiatives, including potential Service Cloud and Data Cloud implementation.
Maintain project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder updates.
Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, IT, HR) to ensure alignment and delivery.
Operational and Administrative Support
Assist with meeting scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation (e.g. minutes, action trackers).
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Support recruitment coordination and onboarding for freelance/contractor roles.
Help format and manage internal documents for AI-readiness (e.g. converting sales packs for Copilot use).
Create and support SOPs and training materials across departments.
Communication and Coordination
Act as a central point of contact for project updates and resource requests.
Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and ensure visibility of blockers and dependencies.
Help plan and coordinate internal initiatives such as AI training programmes and hackathons.
Skills and experience required
Proven experience in project coordination or management, ideally in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Familiarity with agile/scrum frameworks and tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Airtable).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Comfortable working with technical teams and translating requirements into actionable plans.
Experience with Salesforce, Titan, or AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT) is a plus. Passion for AI and an interest in how intelligent agents can transform business processes.
