JOB OPPORTUNITY - PROJECT MANAGER - BUILDING SAFETY PROJECTSLocation: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire Salary: 60k+, DOEThe Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to start and grow a Building Safety Projects team, including cladding remediation and fire safety improvement works.The successful candidate will take a key role in the delivery of major construction and remediation schemes ranging from 1 million to 10 million, both pre- and post-contract. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about improving safety in high-risk buildings and delivering projects in compliance with the Building Safety Act.Responsibilities:Manage multiple building safety projects from inception through to completionServe as Employer''s Agent and Contract AdministratorOversee compliance and regulatory standards specific to high-risk buildings (HRBs)Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective deliveryReport project progress to senior stakeholdersIdentify and capitalise on commercial opportunities for future developmentThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB)A strong background in project management, preferably with safety-focused or remediation worksExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated leadership and team management experienceA proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for high-quality serviceA full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleBenefits Package ..... full job details .....
