With a strong pipeline of secured work, they deliver refurbishment, fit-out and construction projects up to -2million across education, healthcare and public sector environments, with much of their work taking place in occupied buildings where careful planning and communication is essential. The Role You''ll lead the day-to-day delivery of a live construction project, ensuring it is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the site team, subcontractors, clients and consultants, you''ll coordinate every stage of the project, with a particular focus on projects delivered within occupied buildings where minimising disruption is key.
