Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a lightweight Steel Framing System (SFS) apartment scheme in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced residential development using modern methods of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full project through to completion
• Manage programme and quality to ensure successful project outcomes
• Lead communication between clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and building standards
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve risks and delays
• Ensure all documentation is correctly administered and Company Procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing residential or mixed-use construction projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
