An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a highly regarded main contractor in the North West.The company delivers a diverse range of projects including education, healthcare, commercial, and mid-rise residential developments up to 50m. With a strong pipeline of city centre residential projects due on site in 2026, this role will suit a high-calibre Project Manager experienced in delivering mid-rise apartment schemes of circa 20m.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing and coordinating all construction activities on site, ensuring project objectives are achieved in line with safety, quality, programme, and cost requirements. You will lead by example, embedding a strong safety culture and driving collaboration, performance, and accountability across the project team and supply chain.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the project team, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are always maintainedPromote a safety-first culture across site teams and subcontractorsManage, supervise, and develop site staff, ensuring competency and performanceAssemble, structure, and monitor a high-performing project teamPlan, manage, and coordinate all site activities on live city centre residential projectsChair daily coordination meetings with subcontractors, maintaining accurate site diaries and recordsMonitor, and update short-term programmes, reviewing progress daily and weeklyProvide accurate ..... full job details .....
