Project Manager

An established and growing main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their delivery team. The company has a proven track record of delivering high-quality schemes across a range of sectors, including retail, commercial, industrial, and residential.

You will initially lead the delivery of an extension and refurbishment to a retail store from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle management of projects
• Programme planning, coordination, and on-site delivery
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Maintaining strong client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact
• Overseeing health & safety compliance across all phases

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
• Strong background delivering a broad range of projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
• Relevant construction qualifications including SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card
