Project Manager - Building and Construction

Our client has an opportunity for a Building and Construction Project Manager to join them on a contract for 12 months with possible extension. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong client-side construction project management experience, thrives in a fast paced setting, and enjoys leading projects from initial concept through to successful handover.Role: Building and Construction Project ManagerLocation: Belfast - fully onsiteHours: 36 per weekClearance: BPSS required before startingHourly Rate: 40.44 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35What you''ll be doing:Accountable for the delivery of identified capital projects, focusing on budget, schedule, and quality output in line with Airbus business needs.Managing budgets, controlling expenditure, and ensuring resources are used efficiently.Drive the management of project design development across the complete delivery lifecycle, including Design and Build stage to meet demanding deadlines.Manage directly and liaise with others in the management of stakeholders to ensure project timescales are met in line with internal governance and procedures.Providing clear leadership and direction to ensure all stakeholders/multi-functional project teams (internal and external) are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.Building positive working relationships across internal and external teams.Procure, manage and direct a diverse range of consultant expertise across a multidisciplinary set of skills including, ..... full job details .....
